Development of all transfer activity associated infrastructure and resources to achieve the company objectives.
A day-to-day management role on the safe running of the transfer station, managing the operatives with a high degree of attention to safety, compliance, housekeeping, stock control, throughput and productivity.

This work will mostly entail providing services involving the provision of specialist tankers, Jet Vacs, Disabs and Cold Cutting, manpower , pumps and ancillary equipment to clean and remove waste products from infrastructure and storage tanks / vessels
The role of the Industrial Services Mobile Operative is a rewarding role and very varied and the work ranges from unskilled to highly skilled: you could be involved in general site cleaning one day and a confined space tank clean with full breathing apparatus the next. You will operate in support of a variety of industries: you could be working at a cement works or an oil refinery one day and inside a sewage treatment plant the next. All IS Operatives are specially trained to carry out the various aspects of the role which are all conducted under strict health and safety rules following rigorous assessment of the potential risks involved. Work is usually carried out at the convenience of the customer, so there will be a requirement to travel and to work unsociable and often long hours to complete a job on schedule. There will be a requirement to pass security clearance to gain entry to certain work sites.
You will be working as part of a team carrying out various industrial cleaning tasks and site housekeeping tasks, including site clearance and spill response. This is a physical role involving manual handling, waste removal and working outdoors and occasionally in confined spaces.
The role is full time, 40 hours per week, with some overtime opportunities at weekends or evenings. Our Industrial Services Cleaners are all specially trained to work in confined spaces, on energy recovery facilities (ERF) & operating mobile plant & high-pressure water jetting equipment as required.
To apply for the role of Industrial Services Cleaner it is desirable you will have a CCNSG qualification or equivalent although this can be achieved post-employment. You must be hard-working and not afraid of working outdoors or in confined spaces and be highly reliable. Due to the hazards of working in such environments we have a strict safety policy and you must be the sort of person who will contribute to our safety culture and be able to pass a drug and alcohol test. You will be working on customer sites and you need to be a good ambassador for the company ensuring the customer experience is a positive one.
