Celebrating International Women’s Day 2023

Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion within FIS, and celebrating International Women’s Day, we wanted to take the opportunity to showcase our female excellence throughout the business. 

 Located across the UK, we celebrate and promote the talent we know we have, which encompasses a wide range of roles in Accounts, Fleet, Operations, QHSE, HR, Marketing, Technical, Sales, Chemistry.  In fact every department within Future includes female colleagues which we are really proud of, encourage and welcome more.

 As well as celebrating how far women have come in society, in politics and in economics it is also a day to highlight and raise awareness about issues that women have faced in the past and still face today such as inequalities, gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping.

 This year the theme is “EmbraceEquity”.  Often used interchangeably with equality, they don’t mean the same thing;  Equality is the end goal where equity is how you get there.
