These championships, held at the Eden Project in Cornwall, were part of Richards pre-training programme, as next year he is joining The Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge – a 3000 mile row from La Gomera to Antigua in aid of the RBL and Myeloma (cancer) UK.
