“I’m currently studying a business administration level 3 course. The units in the programme are principles of management, business communications, business ethics and project management. The course lasts 18 months, with the final task is to create a business plan which will help the business.
I’ve been at Future Industrial 6 months working at the Hull depot. I have really enjoyed working here and getting to know the other aspects of the business. Everybody has been very supportive and welcoming in the first 6 months.
My future aspirations are to become part of a management team. To achieve this I need to increase professional knowledge and take all training to develop my understanding of the business, where I can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much value as possible to the team”. “I am currently studying the Level 3 AAT qualification which should take me around 18 months to complete, I have passed my first 2 exams and I’m currently working on Advanced Bookkeeping.
I’ve been at Future for over 7 months now working out of the Hull Depot, it has been very enjoyable and challenging at the same time, with having to learn about both Industrial Services and Accounts at the same time.
Everyone at the Hull depot has been very welcoming and supportive and I’m looking forward to progressing through my role alongside my qualification.
My future aspirations after the qualification is to hopefully move onto the Level 4 AAT but in the long term the end-goal is to become a chartered accountant”. (Tom Marr)
