FIS will be raising as much money as possible to help support the charity’s invaluable work through employee fundraising, volunteer days, event sponsorship and charitable initiatives, commencing with Bag It. Beat It.
Stephanie Smith – FIS Charity Ambassador commented, “We all probably know someone who has been affected by a cardiovascular disease in some shape or form – in fact heart and circulatory disease causes more than a quarter (26 per cent) of all deaths in the UK; that’s nearly 160,000 deaths each year – an average of 435 people each day or one death every three minutes. At FIS we are delighted to be supporting the British Heart Foundation and help profile their incredible work”
