Future Industrial Services (FIS) have been reliably providing the transportation and disposal services of spent APCr from the 100,000 tonne/yr EfW Incinerator in Bolton, supporting Greater Manchester Waste Disposal Authority, for over 5 years.
The APCr is received into the local FIS hazardous waste facility, located in Kirkby, where it is treated through the substantial treatment plant to neutralise the hazardous properties.

Future Industrial Services (FIS) have successfully provided the transportation requirements for the ARCR Devonport site since June 2016. The introduction by FIS of speciality 70m3 capacity tankers increased the payload’s being achieved by over 30%, resulting in less HGV movements, less CO2 emissions and increased on-site efficiencies.
The vehicles and tankers used are the biggest and safest in class, with industry leading payloads, emergency stop functionality, on-board weighing for load optimisation, reversing sensors, cameras, automatic reverse braking for collision avoidance and in built fall arrest systems if top access is required.
